Good reistance to common diseases if grown between 10-16°C. Weak resistance to thermal rise with possibility of Trichoderma and Bacteriosis. Good Resistance to deformation due to lack of light.
Growing environment

The most market valuable cardoncello mushroom for it's organoleptic and morphologic characteristics, also noticeable are productivity and precocity. Higly requested by consumers.
Cultivation
Cut away the top part of the bag and cover the whole substrate surface with soil (1cm thickness) . Maintain constantly umid with nebulized water, avoding stagnation.
